You\u2019ll learn how to support and evaluate teachers, lead curriculum development, and use data to drive meaningful change in teaching and learning.<\/p>\n<p>Coursework explores supervision theory, instructional leadership, and the creation of equitable, engaging educational environments. Visit the NJ Department of Education&#8217;s requirements page for more information.<\/li>\n<li>*F1\/J1 visa seeking students are not eligible for this program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Application Checklist<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Deadline: Rolling admission.<\/li>\n<li>Online Application: <a href=\"https:\/\/graduate.montclair.edu\/apply\/\">Submit application<\/a> and $60 non-refundable fee (or waiver if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Transcript: One from each college attended.<\/li>\n<li>Essays\/Personal Statement: Two Short Answer Questions (250-350 Words each).
