WMSC Radio achieved significant recognition at the Intercollegiate Broadcasting Systems (IBS) Awards ceremony in New York City on March 10, earning four first place national awards and finalist distinctions in 12 additional categories.<\/span><\/p>\n The station’s strong performance was highlighted by wins in diverse categories spanning drama, community service, sports, and station management.<\/span><\/p>\n WMSC’s first place awards include:<\/span><\/p>\n Additionally, WMSC received finalist recognition in the following prestigious categories:<\/span><\/p>\n “These awards reflect the incredible talent, creativity and dedication of our student broadcasters,\u201d said<\/span> Program Director, Emol McCormack<\/span>. “From compelling dramatic storytelling to inclusive community programming and exceptional sports coverage, our team continues to demonstrate excellence across all facets of broadcasting.”<\/span><\/p>\n The impressive showing at this year’s IBS Awards continues to underscore <\/span>精品成人福利在线 University’s <\/span>commitment to strong mentoring and support of its broadcasting students.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “Congratulations to all of our students who are part of an incredible WMSC team,” said Dr. Keith Strudler, Dean of the School of Communication and Media. “One of the amazing things about our radio station is that Professor Poland provides hands-on opportunities from day one, so students who want to get involved immediately as a first-year student can get right to work having fun and gaining experience.
