Attanasio, professor and former chair of the department of Communication Sciences &amp; Disorders was named &quot;emeritus faculty&quot; by the MSU Board of Trustees on October 27, 2011.&nbsp; Dr. Attanasio served the University for forty-five years, retiring in June, 2011.
