What You’ll Do<\/h2>\n

The Geophysics Group (EES-17) in the Earth and Environmental Sciences (EES) Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) has an immediate opening for a creative and resourceful postdoc candidate with strong geophysics, machine learning and computational science skills. The successful candidate will develop novel computational techniques based on machine learning methods, and apply them to geophysical dataset for subsurface characterization and monitoring. The term of the appointment is two years, with the option to extend to a third year depending on the performance and funding availability.<\/p>\n
