Examples of events that 精品成人福利在线 University EMS provides standby services include sporting events, carnivals and concerts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requests for coverage must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance to:<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:mcauliffer@montclair.edu\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Amber Alaeddin<br \/>\n<\/strong>Director of Emergency Medical Services<br \/>\n<a href=\"tel:973-655-7836\">973-655-7836<\/a><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:alaeddina@montclair.edu\">alaeddina@montclair.edu<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>A late request fee of $100.00 will be charged if requests are not made two weeks or more prior to an event.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard rates for EMS coverage are as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>精品成人福利在线 University Departments and Student Organizations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$200.00 initial fee, which covers one ambulance and a crew for a maximum of three hours<\/li>\n<li>$50.00 each additional hour<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-精品成人福利在线 Organizations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$250.00 per hour for one ambulance and a crew consisting of two EMTs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>SUBMITTING THIS REQUEST DOES NOT GUARANTEE COVERAGE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All standbys are based upon the availability of an ambulance.
