{"id":10109,"date":"2012-08-24T08:51:55","date_gmt":"2012-08-24T12:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/news\/article.php?ArticleID=10109"},"modified":"2018-05-04T11:35:52","modified_gmt":"2018-05-04T15:35:52","slug":"10109_important-traffic-information-for-start-of-fall-semester","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/2012\/08\/24\/10109_important-traffic-information-for-start-of-fall-semester\/","title":{"rendered":"Important Traffic Information for Start of Fall Semester"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Construction is ongoing for the new combined heating, cooling, and power (CHCP) plant next to CarParc Diem (formerly Parking Lot 26) and the installation of distribution piping is continuing on University Promenade.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As the work progresses, campus vehicular roadways will be intermittently affected. Please be advised of the following closures:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Webster Road and Quad Road are closed to vehicular through traffic, except for those accessing Faculty\/Staff Lot 31 and also busses.<\/li>\n<li>Vehicles will be directed along Carlisle Road to Yogi Berra Drive to access the west end of the campus and Parking Lot 17.<\/li>\n<li>The Student Center bus stop has been replaced by a newly constructed bus hub and bus stop located at the north end of University Hall. Please refer to the accompanying <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/facilities\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/57\/2017\/12\/BusStopMapemai2l.jpg\">construction map<\/a> for bus stop locations and alternate routes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All roadways and pedestrian routes will be clearly marked so the campus community can navigate around the construction areas easily.
