This open discussion examines what works, what might work, and what no longer works in catching and preventing plagiarism. Participants learn about an evolving Academic Integrity Protocol: a series of exercises designed to help students understand what plagiarism is and how to cite outside sources, particularly those online. Colleagues are warmly invited to come and participate in a conversation about how teaching citation makes students better researchers, not simply of the internet, but of complex words and ideas.<\/p>\n
