Dr. Nancy Carnevale of the History Department<\/a> was invited to teach Italian American history in Rome as part of the Italian Diaspora Studies Summer Seminar (IDSSS). The three-week program which took place in June 2018 is a collaboration between the John D. Calandra Italian American Institute of Queens College\/CUNY and Universit\u00e0 degli Studi Roma Tre. The annual program, now in its fourth year, is intended to introduce participating fellows–professors, doctoral and post-doctoral students–to Italian Diaspora Studies through multiple disciplinary perspectives. This year\u2019s fellows came from the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
