Personnel whose titles are exclusively represented by a bargaining unit (union), are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in a collectively negotiated agreement. In addition to the CNA, those employees may also be subject to locally negotiated procedures as well as any successor memorandum of agreement.<\/p>\n
