In addition to the CNA, those employees may also be subject to locally negotiated procedures as well as any successor memorandum of agreement.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/perc\/documents\/Chapter%2013A.pdf?ver=20210113\" target=\"_blank\">The New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act<\/a> governs the enforcement of the rights and duties of the employer and employees as well as sets the scope of negotiations between the parties.<\/li>\n<li>The <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https:\/\/www.state.nj.us\/perc\/\" target=\"_blank\">Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC)<\/a> administers the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act and oversees the collective bargaining process and administration.
