Human Resources has prepared the following guidelines to assist hiring managers and search committees with locating information regarding the recruitment and hiring process of faculty members from position inception\/approval through onboarding.<\/span><\/p>\n All Workday Recruiting job aids<\/b> that are referenced in the below guidelines can be accessed<\/span> by logging into <\/b>Workday<\/b><\/a>, selecting the Menu on the left side of your homepage, navigating to the Recruiting Dashboard and then clicking on the Job Aids tab.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n NOTE:<\/b> If the hiring manager wants to change the position or replace it with a different job profile, position level, range, or funding source, the hiring manager will need to initiate the <\/span>Edit Position Restrictions<\/b> process to update the position before initiating the <\/span>Create Job Requisition<\/b> process.<\/span><\/p>\n NOTE:<\/b> The following documents will need to be uploaded during this process:<\/span><\/p>\n Hiring Managers should complete the following <\/span>Recruitment Plan<\/b><\/a> in order to provide information regarding advertising venues and Search Committee members.<\/span><\/p>\nA.
