We are pleased to announce that the\u00a0self-service\u00a0Direct Deposit<\/strong>\u00a0feature in Workday has been activated as of\u00a0August 5, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Employees can now securely add or update their bank account information to ensure timely and efficient payroll deposits.<\/p>\n

How to Enroll in Direct Deposit or Modify Direct Deposit Preferences<\/h2>\n

  1. Log into\u00a0Workday<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to the\u00a0Pay Worklet<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select\u00a0Payment Elections<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Follow the prompts to add or edit your bank account information<\/li>\n
  5. Refer to the Direct Deposit Payment Elections\u00a0job aid for additional guidance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How reliable is Direct Deposit?<\/dt>\n

    Can I divide my pay among different accounts if I use Direct Deposit?<\/dt>\n
    You may select up to 4 accounts to divide your pay through Direct Deposit. To do so, please provide a main account (balance) along with dollar amounts, not percentages.<\/dd>\n
    Can I have some of my pay deposited into an account and have the rest paid on paper check?<\/dt>\n
    No. When participating in Direct Deposit, the full net pay amount must be made through Direct Deposit.<\/dd>\n
    How do I know when my payment has been deposited?<\/dt>\n
    Your account balance can be verified with your financial institution by phone or on-line.<\/dd>\n
    When do I have access to the money?<\/dt>\n
    Typically, your payment is available at the opening of your financial institution on payday. If your money is not in your account on payday, you should contact your financial institution.<\/dd>\n
    What if I want to make a change in financial institutions?<\/dt>\n
    If you are an active 精品成人福利在线 University employee, please utilize Self Service to make changes.<\/dd>\n
    What if I close my account?<\/dt>\n
    If you close your account and do not stop your Direct Deposit through Self Service, you will have to wait until 精品成人福利在线 University receives the funds from your financial institution. Once the funds are returned, a replacement payment will be issued to the employee in the upcoming payroll.<\/dd>\n
    If I sign up for Direct Deposit, how can I be sure no one will have access to my account?<\/dt>\n
    Direct Deposit is a confidential way to send and receive payments.
