Library materials may not be checked out unless this information is provided.<\/li>\n<li>Patrons must present their public library card each time they want to borrow library materials.<\/li>\n<li>Community borrowers may not recall books currently checked out.<\/li>\n<li>Community borrowers may place books on hold for pickup at the Access Services Desk.<\/li>\n<li>Payment for fines and fees may be made in person or via mail. Bring checks or money orders directly to the Access Services Desk. Remit check or money order to the Access Services Department, Harry A. Individuals should indicate the borrower\u2019s driver\u2019s license number in the memo area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Corporate Borrowers<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Please refer to the main <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/library\/services-and-spaces\/borrowing\/\">Borrowing<\/a> page for loan periods, renewals, etc.<\/li>\n<li>New Jersey businesses can obtain borrowing privileges for their employees at the Access Services Desk for an annual fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00), payable by check.<\/li>\n<li>At registration, the company representative will be required to provide the name of the business, its address, telephone number and Federal Tax ID number, along with the name of a contact person.<\/li>\n<li>A corporate Guest Library Card will be issued to the representative upon registration.<\/li>\n<li>Employees must present the Corporate Guest Library Card and their company ID card, business card or a letter of introduction from the company for verification each time they want to borrow library materials.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate borrowers may not Recall books currently checked out or place Holds.<\/li>\n<li>Payment for fines and fees may be made in person or via mail.
