Because Sprague is getting a new roof! The fenced area will be used to stage construction materials and dumpsters. The library remains open and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/library\/about-the-library\/hours\">hours<\/a> will stay the same.<\/p>\n<p>During the project, we anticipate that the work will be most audible on the second floor. Library users are encouraged to seek out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/library\/services-and-spaces\/study-spaces\/\">study spaces<\/a> on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/library\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/213\/2023\/01\/Directory-Screen_Main-Level_MSU-2.pdf\">first floor<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/library\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/213\/2023\/01\/Directory-Screen_Lower-Level_MSU-1.pdf\">lower level<\/a> for more quiet.\u00a0 You can always ask at the front desk about the best places to study during this period.<\/p>\n<p>We are excited about this project as it will help to improve environmental conditions (no more leaks) and protect the library&#8217;s long-term sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>Photo by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/~handelik\">Kevin Handeli<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why is there a fence outside the library?
