And knowing the percentage of our campus community members who are vaccinated is important for all of us.<\/p>\n<p>Students are required to be vaccinated, but it is not mandatory for faculty and staff members. Many employees chose to get vaccinated, and now they are speaking up to encourage their peers to get vaccinated and to let the University know by using <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a>, the easy online system for uploading proof of vaccination.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Video: The Rewards of Vax Check, Part 2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kDg9_J_y6jQ?feature=oembed\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen style=\"width: 500px; height: 281px; border: 0px solid #000;\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe reason I decided to get vaccinated was to ensure the safety of my family, friends, coworkers and students,\u201d says Associate Vice President and Dean of Students <strong>Margaree Coleman-Carter<\/strong>. \u201cI think it is important that we get vaccinated to ensure the safety of our communities, as well as our homes. I uploaded to <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a> because I thought it was important that the University had crucial data that would allow us to make important decisions for our community.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Finance Systems Director <strong>William Neal<\/strong> says he decided to get vaccinated \u201cto help keep my friends, my family and my associates safe. I submitted my vaccination proof to <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a> to help keep the University community safe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI got vaccinated because I want to protect my family, my friends, my community, my students, everybody,\u201d says Writing Studies Professor <strong>Emily Isaacs<\/strong>. \u201cI updated my vaccination to <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a> because I want to see 精品成人福利在线 University get really high percentages \u2013 85-90% \u2013 so we can feel like we are the safest campus all around.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Student Development and Campus Life Administration Coordinator <strong>Sonia Rios<\/strong> got vaccinated \u201cbecause I wanted to protect myself, my family and my community. I decided to upload my information to <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a> because I&#8217;m looking forward to seeing the numbers of people who are vaccinated go up.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe need the science and the data in order to make important decisions for campus,\u201d explains University Health Center Director <strong>Patricia Ruiz<\/strong>. \u201cI chose to upload my information on <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a> because it\u2019s the only way the campus will know who is safe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The University is asking all employees to get vaccinated, and then upload an image of their vaccination card to <a href=\"https:\/\/vaxcheck.montclair.edu\/vaxcheck\/\">Vax Check<\/a>. It is fast, easy and confidential.<\/p>\n<p>And to thank those employees who have chosen to do so, we\u2019re offering prizes.
