{"id":2954,"date":"2024-02-07T20:51:07","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T20:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/nursing\/?p=2954"},"modified":"2025-06-17T18:05:19","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T18:05:19","slug":"2024-u-s-news-world-report-rankings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/nursing\/2024\/02\/07\/2024-u-s-news-world-report-rankings\/","title":{"rendered":"2024 College Rankings: U.S. News &amp; World Report Ranks Online Graduate Programs Among Nation\u2019s Best"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>U.S. News &amp; World Report<\/em> has released its <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.usnews.com\/education\/online-education\/articles\/us-news-ranks-best-online-programs\" target=\"_blank\">Best Online Programs<\/a> survey for 2024 and once again, 精品成人福利在线 University\u2019s offerings rank among the best in the nation.<\/p>\n<p>The five University programs that participate in the survey include the master\u2019s in Business Administration (MBA), master\u2019s in Education, master\u2019s in Information Technology, master\u2019s in Business and master\u2019s in Nursing.<\/p>\n<h2>Highlights from the 2024 Best Online Programs Rankings:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Montclair\u2019s online <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/graduate-degrees\/educational-leadership-ma\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Arts in Educational Leadership<\/a> program is ranked No. 15 in the nation and No. 1 in New Jersey. The education programs survey also ranked certain specialty areas, including Educational Administration and Supervision, in which the University also ranked at No. 15.<\/li>\n<li>Montclair\u2019s <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/onlinemba.montclair.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">online MBA program<\/a> ranked at No. 74 in the nation, up 11 spots from 2023, and ranked second in the state. The <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/onlinemba.montclair.edu\/ms-business-analytics\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Science in Business Analytics<\/a> program ranked at No. 71 in the nation.<\/li>\n<li>The University\u2019s <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/graduate-degrees\/information-technology-ms-psm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Science in Information Technology<\/a> with a concentration in Applied Information Technology (Professional Science Master\u2019s) is ranked No. 47, the highest ranking the program has received since participating in the survey.<\/li>\n<li>In its second appearance in the rankings, the University\u2019s <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/nursing\/master-of-science-in-nursing\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Science in Nursing<\/a> (MSN) program, launched in 2018, had a substantial increase, improving nearly 50 spots to No. 77 and is tied for second in New Jersey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>U.S. News &amp; World Report<\/em> program rankings are based on scores from five categories \u2013 student engagement, services and technologies, student excellence, faculty credentials and training, and opinions of academic experts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur mission is to ensure students across disciplines can have access to affordable, high-quality educational options that meet them where they are,\u201d says Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Junius Gonzales. \u201cThis latest recognition by U.S. News &amp; World Report is a reflection of our efforts to ensure we are at the forefront of creating curricula and using educational technologies that serve graduates both now and in the future, and that support their 21st-century work and lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Montclair\u2019s Online Offerings<\/h2>\n<p>Montclair also offers several other online graduate degree and certificate options designed to equip working professionals with career-enhancing skills, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/graduate-degrees\/sustainability-science-ms-psm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Science in Sustainability Science<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/graduate-degrees\/child-advocacy-ma\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Arts in Child Advocacy and Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/graduate\/programs-of-study\/dance-mfa\/\" target=\"_blank\">low-residency Master of Fine Arts in Dance<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/graduate-degrees\/ma-in-social-research-and-analysis\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Arts in Social Research and Analysis<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/teaching-middle-grades-mathematics-online\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Arts in Teaching Middle Grades Mathematics<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/business\/academic-programs\/ms-accounting\/\" target=\"_blank\">Master of Science in Accounting<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/online\/graduate-certificates\/\" target=\"_blank\">Graduate certificate and certification programs<\/a> in advocacy, business, education and technology for those who want to build out or update their skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information on all of 精品成人福利在线 University\u2019s online graduate programs, visit <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/montclair.edu\/online\" target=\"_blank\">montclair.edu\/online<\/a>.
