An email from Federal Student Aid will tell you when it is ready to be viewed online.\n<ul>\n<li>Check for any mistakes.<\/li>\n<li>If you made a mistake, you may log back onto FAFSA to make a correction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The FSS will also tell you if you were selected for federal verification. You must also complete two steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete Entrance Counseling on <a href=\"http:\/\/studentaid.gov\">studentaid.gov<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Sign the Master Promissory Note (MPN) on <a href=\"http:\/\/studentaid.gov\">studentaid.gov<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Returning Students: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/how-to-view-your-satisfactory-academic-progress-sap-status-on-nest\/\">Check Your Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Status<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuing students must meet minimum SAP standards to academically qualify for financial aid (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/financial-aid\/sap-regulations\/satisfactory-academic-progress-sap\/\">read our policy online<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Students who do not meet SAP will be contacted in June to submit an appeal. The submission deadline is strict. Appeals are reviewed by the committee in accordance with federal regulations and final decisions are returned in early August.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer\"><div class=\"prpl-drawer-header\">Pay Your Bill <\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer-content\">\n<p><strong>See <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/student-accounts\/payment-deadlines\/\">Payment Deadlines<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You have to pay the difference between your charges and any financial aid posted through one or more of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/student-accounts\/payment-options\/\">Payment Options<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/student-accounts\/tuition-payment-plan\/\">Tuition Payment Plan<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Other student loan options: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/financial-aid\/loans\/federal-parent-loans-plus\/\">Federal Parent PLUS loan<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.montclair.edu\/red-hawk-central\/financial-aid\/loans\/private-educational-loans\/\">private loan<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer\"><div class=\"prpl-drawer-header\">Apply for Outside Scholarships Regularly<\/div><div class=\"prpl-drawer-content\">\n<ul>\n<li>Use outside scholarship search engines.
