New Ethics Reporting Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n

Montclair is committed to the highest ethical standards and expectations of honesty and integrity across our community of faculty, staff and students. A critical piece of this commitment is ensuring that all those employed by the University adhere to the New Jersey State Code of Ethics. We have created this new reporting system<\/a> because it is important for our University community to have the ability to confidentially and comfortably report suspected violations of the State Code of Ethics. All reports will be taken seriously and we thank you for sharing the University\u2019s commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n

New Policy Regarding Romantic Relationships in the Workplace<\/strong><\/p>\n

The University recently implemented a new policy<\/a> addressing romantic relationships between employees and students. Employees should familiarize themselves with the policy to ensure compliance.<\/p>\n

New Graduate Certification in Spanish for Health Professionals<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Center for Latino Heritage and Spanish Language Excellence (CLaSE) is launching the first of four Certificates in Spanish for the Careers. Beginning in the Fall semester, the Graduate Certificate in Spanish for Health Professionals will offer students the opportunity to enhance their bilingual skills in a professional healthcare setting while advancing their career prospects. This program consists of nine credits in coursework and a three-credit internship, and offers the chance to be completed fully online, allowing students to gain practical experience while developing advanced language proficiency. Celebrate Campus Earth Month with the Office of Sustainability and Win Prizes!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This April, the Montclair Office of Sustainability is launching a new tradition, Campus Earth Month<\/a>. Everyone on campus is invited to participate and compete for prizes like a Nintendo Switch, Yeti Cooler, Go Pro Hero 11, Ninja Blender System, Stanley Tumbler, or $250 Red Hawk Dollars! Participate by collecting code words and earning entries to win prizes. Each code word you collect or action you complete will earn you an entry into the Campus Earth Month giveaway.<\/p>\n
