China Through the Looking Glass: Digital Cultures and AI Governance

In collaboration with the Asian Studies Development Program of the East West Center, the Asian Languages and Cultures major and the College of Humanities and Social Sciences present a two day symposium: China Through the Looking Glass: Digital Cultures and AI Governance.
On Thursday February 29, 2024, the program will feature a lecture from Dr. Guobin Yang, the Grace Lee Boggs Professor of Communication and Sociology , University of Pennsylvania
On Friday March 1, 2024, the program will feature a lecture from Dr. Peter Hershock, Director ASDP, East West Center, a panel discussion on Why China and Asian Studies Matter, and a roundtable discussion on Asia Across Disciplines.
All events are open to students, faculty, staff and the Montclair community.
