Dr. Mogila receives $31,128 equipment grant

Dr. Faith Mogila, a clinical preceptor in the Audiology Doctoral program, was awarded a $31,128 equipment grant from the Oticon Foundation. The grant provides state-of-the-art audiometric and electrophysiologic equipment that will be used in clinical research and training. One piece of equipment, the Interacoustics Eclipse, uses a novel chirp stimulus and is only one of two that are currently in use in research in the country. ¾«Æ·³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÔÚÏß University is serving as a site at which normative data will be collected using this novel approach to electrophysiologic assessment of the auditory system. Dr. Mogila graduated from the ¾«Æ·³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÔÚÏß University Audiology program in 2008.
