Christina Jen (BA 2011) is a PhD candidate in the English Department at Rutgers University.
Bianca Perez-Cancino (BA 2014) is a PhD candidate in the English Department at Indiana University.
Emily Midkiff (BA 2010) just completed her PhD in Children鈥檚 and Young Adult Literatures from the University of Minnesota.
Christopher Stuart (BA 2009) was accepted into the PhD program in Rhetorics, Communication and Information Design at Clemson University with full funding Fall 2016.
Stacey Balkan (MA 2003) was hired as a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Environmental Humanities at Florida Atlantic University for Fall 2017.

Her faculty sponsors included Jeff Miller, Lee Behlman, Adam Rzepka and Jon Greenberg from English and Sulo Asirvatham from Classics. Megan Huxford, a graduating senior who is a co-op student at Oxford University Press, has just accepted a full time position there as an editorial assistant.
English major Lee Davis moved from part-time to full-time employee at Buyers Lab Inc. after graduating in May. 鈥淎s research editor, I establish and maintain relationships with software vendors who update me on their products. With that information, I create editorial content such as blog posts and feature articles,鈥 Davis explains. 鈥溇烦扇烁@谙 sharpened my writing and research skills. Without the advice and criticism from my professors, I wouldn鈥檛 be the writer I am today.鈥
English major Doron Bryant will attend Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, in the fall to study for a master鈥檚 degree in Organizational Leadership. 鈥淚鈥檝e been offered a graduate assistantship in the office of student transition, where I鈥檒l organize freshman and transfer orientation and plan workshop programs for students throughout the year,鈥 he says.
