Need a break? Want some space to just clear your head and share with your colleagues? Mindfulness, meditation, contemplative practice are practices that are designed to alleviate anxiety and help with focus, which surely we all need. In this session you will be guided through a calming practice that allows you to wind down and then have opportunities to share your experiences with your colleagues in a space to de-stress. This session is a 鈥渓unch鈥 break with colleagues to recharge with guided practices in a supportive community to provide the mental and emotional break needed now.
