IT Service Desk

In order to apply to be a Student Assistant with the Division of Information Technology, you MUST be a currently enrolled, undergraduate student at ¾«Æ·³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÔÚÏß University with a 2.5 Cumulative GPA (minimum). As a Service Desk Student Technician, you should have the ability to provide professional customer service and technical support, as well as exhibit technical knowledge over the phone and in person.
