Self Service+ is the self service portal on your Mac device that allows you to install approved applications and updates on your ¾«Æ·³ÉÈ˸£ÀûÔÚÏß University managed Apple computer. The information below will guide you through logging in and accessing applications.
Please Note: If you do not have the Self Service+ icon that means your machine is not configured properly and you should reach out to the IT Service Desk or your local technology support team.
Self Service+ Icons
You can access Self Service+ from your dock or applications folder.

Self Service+ Log In Screen
On the login screen, you will use your NetID@montclair.edu and password.

Upon logging in, you will be brought to the Home tab by default and will find the following in the main section of Self Service+:
- Find ‘Featured’ software packages
- ‘Shortcuts’ section with weblinks that will bring you to useful University websites.
- ‘Catalog’ lists all applications, categories and shortcuts. This allows the user to scroll through the full library or drill down based on the defined category.
- ‘Notifications’ will display a notification bubble if your attention is needed.

Logging Out of Self Service+
In the lower left corner, click on your NetID and select the “Log Out” button on the upper right-hand side.
